Madison Bourne is a hairstylist in California. Since 2015, Madison has been creating a comfortable salon experience while giving personalized hair color and haircuts for all her clients. Payment Service Payment Options: Cash, Card, Paypal, Apple Pay, or Venmo Deposit Payment: Paypal Only Policy and Procedures No refunds of any kind, no exceptions. Cancellations 48-hour notice is required for changes to the service scheduled. If you cancel your appointment, you will forfeit the deposit made to hold the appointment. Appointment modifications 48-hour notice is required for modifications to the service scheduled. No Call / No Shows If you do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will forfeit the deposit made to hold the appointment and you will no longer be eligible to book an appointment. No refunds will be given and no exceptions made. Tardiness If you are running late, please text to let me know. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you will have to forfeit your deposit and reschedule to a later date with a new deposit. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future services. Deposit Required A deposit is required to schedule an appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the final service cost. The deposit will be sent through PayPal within one hour of booking to hold the appointment. If the deposit is not confirmed in one hour, the appointment time and date is forfeited. 48 hours notice is required to RESCHEDULE an appointment. In the case that 48 hours notice is not given for a rescheduling, Madison reserves the right to and will keep the deposit made. When rescheduling, the deposit can be transferred one time. A second rescheduling will forfeit the deposit and a new one must be made. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/canceled appointments, and the cancellation fee. Children / Animals Please do not bring children or animals to your appointment It is my priority to conduct thorough consultations for all services provided, however, it is each client’s personal responsibility to be upfront and honest about their hair history.
